Vincent Quero's Growth Portfolio

Turning complex technology into clear customer demand

I build growth systems for technology businesses with specific buyers and international markets. I am currently developing an AI-supported way of working that connects research, content, search, outbound acquisition, and campaign operations from coding tools.

At Quanthome, I built a verified database of 1,700+ qualified contacts, supported prospecting across more than 12 markets, and designed two outbound campaigns. The portfolio also documents seven systems built at 3D AG, including monthly organic growth from 50 to 1,850 visits and 180+ qualified leads per quarter.

01My approach

My approach to growth

I work backwards from the buyer decision. The goal is to find the constraint, build the smallest useful system around it, and measure whether the work changed pipeline, adoption, or operating capacity.

  1. 01

    Observe the decision

Find the real buyer behavior, unanswered question, or commercial constraint before choosing a channel.

  2. 02

    Build the system

Connect positioning, content, distribution, data, and operations around one testable assumption.

  3. 03

    Measure the evidence

Track the signal closest to pipeline, adoption, or team capacity, then use it to decide what happens next.

  4. 04

    Compound the learning

Turn what worked into infrastructure the team can repeat, adapt, and improve without starting over.

02Selected results

Results that changed the next decision

These figures come from current Quanthome operating records and the documented 3D AG systems below. They show changes in qualified demand, discovery, market coverage, and operating capacity.

Eight growth systems in full

Each case follows the same structure: the buyer question, the system I built, the result, and the learning carried into the next decision.

05Start with the question

What does your next growth system need to prove?

I work on growth problems where the product is complex, the market is specific, and the answer has to stand up to scrutiny.
